A spiritual workout that involves the adoption of some specific poses, breath control and some simple meditation skills is known as yoga. Many people do it in order to relax their bodies and also for some fitness benefits that it has. In this class, the energy that lies at the foot of the backbone is raised so that it generates an intensified sense of consciousness and also improves the health.

Vinyasa flow is another type of this activity combines a series of postures flowing with a system of rhythmic breathing which works out both the body and mind intensely. This workout means breathing and movement for internal cleansing. In this case, each movement is accompanied by one breath.

Yogic sleep also known as Nidra is another type of first level workout. The sleep is induced through relaxation and meditation leaving the body totally refreshed and relaxed. Prenatal yoga is also done for women who are expectant. It helps them to sleep with more ease and also reduce stress. The workout increases the strength and flexibility of the labor used muscles. The body awareness of a women is also improved through the good breathing techniques they are taught.

There are other more advanced levels of yoga like the third and the second. These levels give the students a chance to exercise their skills on another level. An example is the hot 26 class where the temple is heated toe a temperature of 90 to 95 degrees and a sequence of poses are carried out twice. Detox flow is related but with the temperature set much higher.

This workout helps to get rid of body toxins and also helps on flexibility. The students who attend the class usually carry water and sticky mats to this class. It is a great way to kick-start your day with movements that get the mind and body energized and ready for the whole day ahead.
