However, most people realize that this is not the way in which you are supposed to be feeling. Friends and family members will also begin to reach out and encourage you to seek support.

Therapy is the best thing in a case like this, because the person will continue to think negative thoughts about themselves. This leads to shame and guilt. They think that they are a bad mom, and they often feel as if they are alone in the world in this position. They only find out that they are not alone when they enter therapy. They also find out that this can happen to anyone, not simply people who have been exposed to mental illness in the past.
