Now the third kind would of course be the Power version and it is the counterpart of the Ashtanga style. The Ashtanga style, which is done mostly by men, is a style that incorporates a lot of hard movements as well as a lot of jumping and lunging movements unlike the previous two. The Power variation is basically the Ashtanga style practiced in a hot place.

Now finally, there would also be the Tribalance variation. Now this variation would incorporate aspects from all the other three variations and would put it into one style. Of course like the other three, this is also done in a very hot environment. The only difference with this one is that it is done in a dark place so that the people there can relax.

Now these are the four variations that one can choose to attend. Now each of them would have their own advantages and disadvantages wherein one will just have to choose the one that suits his own personal taste.
