How to use sam-e depression medication





Arthritis and fibromyalgia, S-adenosylmethionine, known commercially as sam-e (pronounced Sami), is formed in the body when methionine, an amino acid, binds to the adenosine triphosphate (ATP), the largest energy source the cell.
